Deposit Operations Clerk I - Full Time - Winchester Operations
The Deposit Operations Clerk I works closely with other Deposit Operations employees to ensure seemless processing of deposit functions of the bank.
The position is responsible for performing a variety of duties in the Deposit Operations Department. Includes processing presented items and assist front-line staff.
Functions are as follows : Review and process NSF and Non-post items. ACH returns and notifications. Review and approve or reject presented items in appropriate software.
Process charge-back items. Reconcile FMS accounts. Process incoming and outgoing wire transfers. Review ACH origination emails.
The ideal candidate will be able to multitask. The applicant should have overall knowledge of how back office operations works for deposit functions.
